How much does shipping cost for Australia?
- Standard shipping within Australia is Free!
- To celebrate our pre-launch, we are offering FREE Express Post shipping until September 1st 2021. After this time, express shipping will be an additional $5 and can be chosen at checkout.
Do you ship overseas and how much does it cost?
- Unfortunately, as we're starting out we're only able to ship domestically within Australia.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders are processed daily and arrive generally within 2-7 working days of placing the order depending on your location (we ship from Sydney), remote locations may take slightly longer.
- If you require to receive your products faster, you can choose Express Post and we will provide you with a tracking number.
- Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. Undeliverable orders will be refunded (minus shipping costs).
Can I return or exchange my order?
It is important to us that you are satisfied with our products, so the first step is always to talk to us and we will do our best to help.
- If there is any problem with your order, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your product.
- If you haven't used the product, we'll exchange it or refund you in full (less shipping costs if applicable). You will need to return the product to us and we will process the refund once we confirm the products have not been used or damaged. We do not cover return shipping costs.
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
What if I need to change my order?
- It is difficult to make changes to orders once placed so we cannot change the content of your order once placed.
- If you need to cancel the order, please call our Customer Care team immediately. We may be able to stop your order from being shipped, but we can't cancel orders once your order has shipped.
